The next phase of “Training of the master trainers” was carried on at Rabindra Tirtha Auditorium New Town, Kolkata
on 31 January 2020.

In his inaugural speech Shri Rajeev Kumar (IPS), Principal
Secretary to the Dept of IT & Electronics, Govt of West
Bengal, said that in this technical era, technology
provides ease and convenience but punishes far to a
greater degree if there is an accident. So everyone must
learn how to use technology and have an idea about the
security aspect.

He also pointed out that in most cases of security breach
there is a human element which is the most important
factor. While dealing with issues which are technical in Shri Rajeev Kumar (IPS), Principal Secretary to the DIT&E, Govt

usage in the betterment of the society. If we follow hygiene, even the strongest enemy will be prevented.”
