The certificate was presented by Shri Thiru A. Raja, Hon'ble Union Minister for Communications & Information Technology, Government of India, on the occasion of distribution of National Award for e-Governance, 2007- 08 in the 11th National Conference on e-Governance held on 7th February 2008 at Panchkula, Haryana.
