The last session contained demo of IoT Solutions which included 3 demoes on the session.

The first demo was on the topic “Real Time Data
Acquisition and Handling of Analyser data through IT
System” presented by Shri Amit Chatterjee, Manager
Projects, Business Development, WBEIDC Ltd. His project
was based on detection of level of industrial pollution
using IoT devices.

The second demo was on the topic “IoT in Healthcare” presented by Prof. Dr. Madhurima Chattopadhyay and Mr.
Debjyoti Chowdhury of Heritage Institute of Technology.

The third demo was on “Domestic alarm: Gas Sensor and Alert System” by Mrs. Sriparna Biswas, Chief Operating
Officer, IoTegral Technologies Pvt Ltd. and her team.

Shri Suvayu Ray, Project Director, PMU team from PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd summarised the take away of the
workshop. He specified two objectives of these knowledge workshops. One is basically sharing the knowledge of those
specific emerging technologies and secondly the audience, the speakers, the dignitaries, the government, the students,
all those separate communities who come together, they can form a network and create the eco system. So these
workshops actually give a platform to interact and find out who can do what. During the sessions many such stories
have actually been come across where it became very pertinent that participation and collaboration is a big
requirement where one can see it, succeed as an entrepreneur or succeed as the part of the industry.
