The conference focused on how social media plays a central role in almost every business and organization today from
marketing to branding, communications or customer service. Eminent speakers elaborated options in marketing
strategies in Cloud-based digital marketing platforms and how it helps to bring the data from across touch points, like
email, social, search, mobile, video, CRM, call centres, point of sale on one integrated platform so marketers can easily
analyse the real-time trends and uncover actionable insights to tailor content that delivers the most relevant customer
experiences.

The conference also focussed on key elements to create a content marketing strategy and the essential elements that
make the content a real ‘king’ when it comes to brand promotion, be it online or offline.
