Senator Bob Wieckowski was elected on Nov. 4, 2014 and represents the 10th Senate District in the California State
Legislature. The district stretches from southern Alameda County into Santa Clara County and shares the member’s
focus on job creation, clean technologies, protecting our environment and reducing unnecessary regulations.

Ms. Patricia Hoffman has taken over the post of Consul General of the United States of America for the Kolkata Consular
District. Hoffman succeeded Craig Hall and took over charge on August 3. The Kolkata Consular District includes West
Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Sikkim, and the seven north-eastern states.

Mr. Bob Wieckowski, Senator, California, USA arrived Kolkata and visited TCS, Biswa Bangla Convention Centre and
Kolkata Gate on 12.11.2018 along with Ms. Patricia Hoffman accompanied by Shri Debashis Sen, IAS, Additional Chief
Secretary, Dept. of IT & Electronics, Govt. of West Bengal.
