Shri Sen observed that “In the digital world there are no
wars. It is an impervious society. Therefore we need to
cooperate. We need to ignore boundaries and work in
cooperation.” The countries in South East Asia must
cooperate in this increasingly digital world to be protected
from the threats of the cyber world.
He referred to a conference to be organised by Woman &
Child Welfare Department on ways to stop human
trafficking in the digital era. Bitcoin is banned in India but
most crimes involve use of bitcoin. So one must know how
to track these things in order to stop human trafficking. It
is necessary to determine how these thing are happening
and how to protect the citizens from various kinds of Shri Debashis Sen, IAS delivering speech
terrorism, child abuse, human trafficking and various kind of illegal works. He gave utmost emphasis on pulling out
resources together and stand together and fight against all that is evil. Cooperation is essential in fields like telecomm,
e-commerce and in fields like emerging technology and Blockchain.
